SimulaQron is written in Python (with an additional C library), and released as open source under a BSD software license. We welcome contributions to SimulaQron, and even if you are not fluent in Python or C you could contribute: you may for example think of writing our own frontend library (such as the ones we provided in Python and C) in another language, allowing quantum internet applications to be programmed in other languages.
